What is your favorite way to spend your free time?

I love spending my free time traveling. There’s nothing better than discovering new places, experiencing different cultures, and creating unforgettable memories. Whether it’s a city trip, a nature hike, or a beach getaway – traveling broadens my horizons, gives me new perspectives, and helps me relax. It’s also a wonderful way to spend quality time with friends or family and create lasting memories together.

Are there any events or traditions that you particularly like at the TIMETOACT GROUP or in your company?

What I especially enjoy are the active breaks and team events like Ayurvedic cooking. They strengthen team spirit and offer great opportunities to connect more deeply with colleagues.

What motivates you to come to work every day?

I genuinely look forward to the variety of tasks and the opportunity to continuously grow. Finding solutions and collaborating as a team really motivates me.

If you could give your former self one piece of advice regarding professional development, what would it be?

My advice to my younger self would be: Don’t be afraid to try new things! Sometimes you just need to take that first step to discover what truly suits you and what will help you move forward.

What has been your biggest professional learning recently?

My biggest recent learning is getting to grips with the programming language RPG.
